This is a phone with Android 4.1 made by Samsung, which seems aimed at the general market worldwide. Xcover 2 is one variant of the Galaxy family which is designed for users with lots of outdoor activities with little extreme conditions. It also is the successor of the first Xcover also is designed as a rugged phone, and is only available for GSM-based support network that can also connect to the Internet via EDGE to HSDPA + service. For the specifications, apparently are not equipped with high-speed processor and large RAM support as found on most high-class phone today. However, would have been enough for many applications to complement the beauty of Jelly Bean. And it seems the title of "rugged" is the only flagship Galaxy Xcover GSM.
