HTC Chacha is one of HTC's phones introduced at MWC 2011 and expected to be released as Q2 this year on any gms operators. The Chacha is basically a pretty cool smartphone with (perhaps) a frendly price. It comes with 2.6 inches touchscreen, 5 MP camera and Android 2.3.3 Android Operating System.
